We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account directly from the app or by contacting us.
Open Sentriola and sign in to your account.
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to Profile.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Send an email to support@sentriola.com
Use subject: "Account Deletion Request"
Include the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request within 7 business days.
Deletion via the app takes effect immediately. Deletion requests sent by email are processed within 7 business days. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
You don't have to delete your entire account to remove certain data. Sentriola lets you clear specific local data at any time:
Open Sentriola and go to Settings.
Scroll to the Privacy section and tap Clear History.
Confirm to permanently delete this data from your device.
This action takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Your account, email, and Premium subscription status are not affected.
